Hand made Wedding Favours
This is a spicy lamb kebab you cook on skewers, either on a barbecue or under a grill.
1 lb lamb mince
1 grated onion
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 tbsp finely chopped mint
1 tbsp Honey House runny honey
1 tbsp tomato puree
3 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground dried chili
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Salt and black pepper.
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until combined. Wet your hands, divide into eight portions and shape each portion into a sausage about six inches long around skewers. Wetted bamboo skewers can be used.
Place over medium-
Serve with rice and tzatzki. Why not try it with one of the Honey House pickles?
